My husband and I moved our family to Cary in August. We have two boys (ages 6 and 2) and a little girl (age 7 months). On the rare moments that my husband isn't working, we like to explore the area and get used to our new surroundings. I love photography and am studying for the NC bar exam.....while taking care of three kids.....Busy, busy, busy!
The other day I heard that Cary, NC was jokingly referred to as the Centralized Area for the Relocation of Yankees. I guess that fits us - I was born and raised in Philadephia. I'm not sure if yankee is supposed to be a deragatory term, but I don't mind (unless the yankee we are talking about is a baseball player - them I don't like :) ). I liked living in the North, and I'm sure we'll love living in the South too!
